We rent bounce houses, water slides, and related inflatable equipment for events such as birthdays, school functions, church events, corporate gatherings, and community festivals. Availability, pricing, and rental terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

- Quotes are estimates and may change based on availability, location, setup conditions, rental duration, and add-ons.
- Payment terms, deposits, and any delivery or setup fees will be communicated at the time of booking and are due as agreed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, surface type, and access.
5. Cancellation & Weather
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking. For safety, inflatable equipment cannot be operated in unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, lightning, or severe weather. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a rental when conditions are unsafe, and we will work with you on rescheduling options.
6. Safety & Proper Use
- Equipment must be used only as instructed, with adult supervision at all times.
- You agree to follow all posted and provided safety rules, including limits on the number, age, and size of participants.
- No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, silly string, or pets on or in the equipment.
- You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession and agree to keep it clean and undamaged. You may be responsible for the cost of damage beyond normal wear, or loss.
- Equipment may not be moved or relocated after setup without our approval.
7. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for the safe use and supervision of the equipment during your rental. D'Alvia Bounce Toys is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, failure to supervise, or failure to follow safety instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a rental will not exceed the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. A separate rental agreement or waiver may apply and will control where it conflicts with these Terms.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D'Alvia Bounce Toys and its owners and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our equipment or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
